Aero SkyBookby Aero Digital SolutionsAero SkyBook combines managed cloud infrastructure, authenticated access, permission controls and traceable operational records. Security is shared between Aero Digital Solutions, the customer organisation and approved service providers.
Aero Digital Solutions is responsible for the Aero SkyBook application, controlled deployment, platform configuration and response to confirmed product vulnerabilities.
Customer organisations remain responsible for approving users, protecting endpoints, collecting data lawfully, maintaining internal procedures and promptly reporting suspected misuse.
Joint responsibilities include access reviews, integration security, retention schedules, incident coordination, continuity planning and staff awareness.
Compliance depends on the customer, countries, payment providers, data categories and operating process involved. Specific POPIA, GDPR, PCI DSS, financial-record or industry commitments must be confirmed in the contract, data-processing agreement and implementation design. This page does not claim certification that has not been independently completed.
